Product design and experimentation for one of Europe's leading car subscription platforms.

I contributed across FINN's core B2C product and wider brand ecosystem, working on vehicle discovery, experimentation and the subscription journey.

Over this period, FINN grew from 3.2 M € revenue in 2022 to 444.3 M € in 2024, later surpassing 50,000 active subscriptions and achieving a 1 B € valuation.
