Cazoo was a startup founded towards the end of 2018 which allowed customers to buy or finance a used car online and have it delivered to their door within 48 hours.
I was brought onto the project in May of 2019 to help with the design exploration, taking the brand guidelines that were designed for print into the digital space.
Working with another desgner, Nick Gray, over the space of two months we created a design system which was approved and applied to the core pages of the site, which at the time were the homepage, the search results page and the vehicle detail page.
I handed over to a new, permanent, design team in July 2019 who were brought in to develop and expand on the initial design exploration.
